The complicated story behind DGTB Festival, hosted at CBD's Cyberchurch this Saturday!
We're hosting a coffee festival with Garage & Groove DJ's that happens to be in Sydney's coolest church
This is actually our second go at throwing a festival fundraiser. The first time was a couple months ago - the plan was a multi-venue festival across Sydney CBD that turned innovative business that are excelling in their field into spots for DJs, dancing, drinks and specialty coffee tasting.
Do Good Things Better: Culture & Coffee Festival (August 31st)
As that festival date neared, too many venues ended up pulling out, and we had to postpone the event. Well, now we're back. The concept has changed a little bit, we're only focusing on one venue - but it's the most hectic one of the bunch.
This festival is being thrown to help us fund-raise the necessary funding for our innovations and support our continuing research in waste-reducing research for the coffee industry.
We've recently had a breakthrough, and we have a little something that might be able to cut down waste in the industry by TWENTY PERCENT!!! But to fully realize this, we need a bit more support than we currently have.
Rather than wasting years getting investors or grants from people who may or may not have the same ideals we chose to fund-raise for our research a little differently...
PS: That link comes with a 25% off discount in-built, in return for joining the FBR family :)
To anyone who's already bought a ticket, remember to tag 2 friends on our giveaway post to win free cocktails by Oatly Milk for the whole crew, and goodies by Pesado & Artisan Barista!!!!
